When I first discovered Get Physical, I was living in Sheffield.  I had toyed with working out and thought it might be something I wanted to get into seriously.  At the time, however, I was completely new to the world of training so my trips to the local Gym were erratic and the workouts were utterly without structure.

I had been to a few of the other fitness shops in Sheffield, and while they gave me some average directions about nutrition, there was nothing in the way of solid advice and they were basically just trying to sell me stuff.

I walked into Get Physical one day at the age of 23 (I was still skinny and under nourished!).  I hit it off with Paul immediately.  He seemed really friendly and completely different from the pushy sales staff of the other shops I visited.

We talked for a while about what I wanted and I ended up buying some Mass building shake.  This didn't really work very well for me as it gave me a really upset stomach, so I went back to the shop and spoke to Paul again.  He helped me find something much more suited.

From then on, I would visit the shop regularly to buy the same Protein powder.  It was working well but I still wanted bigger results.  From this point, Paul pretty much told me everything he knew about training.  He held nothing back and advised me in a clear, yet scientific fashion about the facts of training.  Over the months of my visits (all the time, not actually spending any money besides the odd energy drink) he filled my mind with everything I needed to know about
muscles, nutrition, training, supplements etc and all this without ever getting tired of seeing me.  I think he actually enjoyed imparting his vast knowledge!

Outside the shop, I put everything Paul told me to good use.  I went from being an average sized guy in his early 20's to a pretty muscular lad!  I am no Arnie, but everyone I met mentioned how big and strong I had become.  I felt fitter than I had ever done before and I owe it all to Get Physical.

I started taking Creatine (specifically Reflex Tri-Matrix) at Paul's advice and I can safely say that with his dosing advice, it blew my mind!

I have since left Sheffield and now live in Tokyo, Japan.  I am training as usual, still using all of Paul's advice and the results keep coming.  I am in regular contact (when time permits! - sorry
Paul!) and he is still helping me out!

Get Physical is without a doubt a revolution in the fitness world and I wish Paul and Ann all the luck in the future. I cannot explain in words how much I value the customer care and assistance of Get Physical and I would recommend all of you use them as your one stop shop.
