Our Personal Training Services
Many people employ a personal trainer for a variety of reasons. Listed below are just a few reasons why our clients have picked us. BUSY LIFESTYLEBusy people have busy diaries and at Get Physical we only work on a one-to-one basis (unless you want to train with a friend) and every session is by appointment only. This gives you the advantage of knowing exactly when you are training and for how long. The appointment, usually paid in advance, shows a strong commitment on your part, rather than just vague idea of “I’ll train at some point today, but not sure when because I’ve a lot to do and I’ll try to get an hour in the gym if it isn’t too busy.” Many of our clients only get to train, purely because they have made a firm appointment with us. PRIVATE FACILITIESWe feel personal training should be in private not in public. In gyms, even if you are using one their personal trainers, you will still have to wait for equipment at busy times. It’s hardly private, as everyone can see you’re using a personal trainer and eavesdrop on private conversations, On top of this you're paying twice; gym membership and personal training fees. Here at Get Physical, it’s just you and your trainer! We have a fully equipped, 800sq ft, completely private training suite, divided into two sections, one with the emphasis on fitness – cardio equipment, boxing, light weights; the other on body building/strength training – Olympic equipment, Power Cage, heavy dumb bells, etc. We also have private changing/shower facilities and free car parking. FLEXIBILTYWe don’t have a membership scheme, nor do we have a minimum number of sessions. You can come for a one-off tutorial, on for example, training a specific body part, or you can just have a ‘Dump the Diets’ nutritional analysis. Many of our clients are people who are happy with their gym facilities but don’t have faith in the trainers, so you can have or a 5 or 10 session ‘Train Smarter, Not Harder” package, where we can teach you a full training programme including nutrition and then off you go, with your training card back to your gym, with the option of returning periodically for reassessments. Likewise, if you train at home, we can ensure you are getting the best out your own equipment; or you can just come and train at our gym for as long as you feel you need to. COSTSThis is worked out individually, depending on what you want and how much work is involved but as a completely private organisation, we can offer total flexibility, tailoring all our prices, packages, programmes, appointments, etc to suit you. There are discounts available and free nutritional analysis when paying in advance for 5 or more sessions and we have off-peak rates if you can train between 10am -4pm Monday - Friday. We consider ourselves to be very competitive as sessions can start from as little as £25. We cater for individuals, couples and small groups.
