About us

Our personal training services and nutritional advice are based on "in the trenches" experience and our no-nonsense approach has provided us with regular employment by such places as the local university, giving talks to prospective Sport Science graduates on practical and sensible sports supplementation.

We advise and train everyone from professional sports people, such as boxers and footballers and right across the board to bricklayers, new mums and bank managers.

Home Gym Design Service

We offer simple, yet sensible dietary and nutritional advice, with the emphasis on quality nutrition. We provide a complete range of personal training programmes from weight loss, fitness and toning through to competitive body-building. We give inspiration to those who are fully motivated but may have reached a plateau, or motivation for people who are just getting started.

All our programmes are designed for use on-site at the purpose built, personal training suites at GET PHYSICAL, or can be adapted to wherever you wish to train.
